The whole Granada team,(from left to right) Helen, Kelly, Hassell, me, Techo, Flaca, Cesar and Larkin. Helen, Kelly, Techo and Flaca all work with the Estrellas team, girls ages 12-15. Larkin is our awesome in country director, I really don't know what I would be doing without her. She served the same position I am two years ago and is now helping developing the in country director position. The goal is to have a local Nicaraguan work in the position but it's currently in working progress.
