Kelly and I had an extremely exciting afternoon. Terrifying really. It all started when Kelly went in her room and noticed some poop on her floor. She thought maybe she brought it in from outside on her shoe but we looked down the hallway and saw no tracks. Clearly there was something lurking in the bedroom. It didn't look like rat poop, but we didn't rule out rats, maybe it had the runs? We decided we'd investigate further when we got home from the market. So we get home, look in her room and see this strange bald head of a creature in the corner of her bed. We were so freaked out, we didn't know what to do. We stared at it for a long time but couldn't make out what kind of animal it was. So I decided to do something drastic, we didn't know if it was something quick and would scurry but I took my chances and pulled the top mattress. We both jumped back and screamed "WHAT IS THAT THING?!" There may or may not have been some profanity,too. We realized it was an iguana, we had no idea how it got in there and we didn't know what to do next. Like typical girls we called up Techo, one of the coaches to come save the day. Him and his friend Jonathan went into to the room and closed the door behind them to tackle the massive creature. UNREAL. Clearly they captured it. Kelly thinks we should be featured on Dirty Jobs with all the rodents, dinosaurs and insects we deal with. Yuck.
