Step two

Now that your pinata is dry, here comes the fun part! Pick out your favorite color of tempera paint and cover your pinata with it. You will need some more glue and water mixture for this next part.
Next with the tissue you paper you bought, cut it into squares and cut little slits along the bottom of the square...a fringe. Take your glue mixture and start pasting that paper fringe to the pinata! The girls just made faces for pinatas so you can add eyes, a nose, a mouth or make your pinata into whatever you'd like. Once you're done adding the fringe and creating your design, let it dry and then have a party :).
